Prowein is the leading international trade fair for the Wine and Spirits sector and will take place from May 15th until the 17th in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Smart Sensory box will attend the fair thanks to the partnership with Cantina Sorelli a winery based in Tuscany, which produces wines with designation of origin such as Chianti Classico and Chianti Riserva.
During the fair, the representatives of Cantina Sorelli will use the Smart Sensory box to administer liking tests to buyers, experts and visitors to their exhibition pavilion, collecting data in real time.
